WALL PANELS
Our anti-x wall panels for radiation protection are made of double MDF with an inserted lead plate and can be finished with two types of coatings: plasterboard or scratch-resistant plastic laminate (for radiology rooms and operating rooms), available in any color and equipped with anodized aluminum profiles.
The anti-x wall panels are anchored to the walls using special anodized aluminum extrusions, which allow perfect overlapping of the joints thanks to the small lead plate contained within them.
These extrusions provide anchoring, support along the entire perimeter edge and protection of the joints.
The base extrusion, which acts as a baseboard, fully wraps around and prevents dirt infiltration. If it ends at a certain height, the upper part of the panel is finished with a dust-proof sloping extrusion.
Additionally, with the Visual Therapy technique, we offer the possibility of installing a series of backlit panels in CT and MRI rooms, mounted on the wall. These panels display visually pleasing images to the patient to evoke positive sensations and relieve tension during the examination. The panels are made of non-magnetic material, compatible with the installation environment of MRI systems.
