\nLead, the core of every anti-x shielding

\nThe primary raw material we use for the production of custom anti-x shielding is 99,97% pure lead, which we utilize in the form of calibrated plates derived from first-melt ingots, thus completely free of impurities or foreign substances.

\nHow is an anti-x shielding produced? \n<\/h1>
\nAfter being prepared with special adhesives, the lead plate is positioned between two layers of wood (chipboard for panels and mobile shieldings or hollow-core wood for doors and self-supporting structures) with appropriate thickness, to prevent the risk of deformations or possible plastic slipping due to the ductility and weight of the lead.

Next, the composition is uniformly and consistently pressed hydraulically at about 300 atm, thus ensuring a homogeneous wood-lead body.

A series of extruded aluminum profiles, specifically designed and patented for this use, are employed to anchor to the walls, providing support and careful protection of the joints. In this way, the production of of anti-x shieldings becomes a work of high quality standards and finished with artisanal skill.

For self-supporting structures, we use wooden profiles and angles placed on the floor.\n<\/div>
